No Helium Balloon Decor
I don't know if you have noticed or not but the price of helium is up which makes decorating parties with balloons more expensive then it used to be. One idea is to blow up balloons with just air and hang them from the ceiling as shown below. You could even attach them all to a string and make a garland from them or place them around doorways to look like a balloon arch. Happy decorating!
