It's too early for Christmas I know. But I had to share these peppermints because they turned out so well and they are so so easy to make! I love the simple easy projects that look great! Use them for your house, a Christmas party, or anywhere else for the holidays that you may need them. Have fun!
Supplies Needed
- White Paper Plates with an edge (Great Value ones from Walmart are PERFECT)
- Clear Cellophane
- Red paint, markers, or crayons
- Ribbon or Rubber bands
- Scissors
- Stapler
You will need two paper plates for each mint, one piece of cellophane, and 2 rubber bands or pieces of ribbon.
Step 1: Make a template out of a paper plate for the red part of your mint. Cut it out.
Step 2: Trace the template on the outsides of 2 paper plates.
Step 3: Paint the plates where you traced the lines.
Step 4: Staple the plate together with the outsides facing out.
Step 5: Wrap the plate in cellophane and wrap the ends with rubber bands. Add colored ribbon to the ends if you would like.
So easy! Enjoy!
